The problem was that it wont start it cranks over fine and the machine is in really good shape.

Guys i have a 04 artic cat 90 4 stroke that im working on for a friend. I have a 2007 arctic cat 500i 4x4 atv no spark replaced the plug starter relay and ignition coil still no spark. Everything was cleaned and assembled twice after i took it back off and did it again. If you find out you need to replace the spark plug you can usually find them easily on amazon here.

Its getting good healthy spark and the air way is free. 2004 arctic cat 4x4 auto no spark. No spark 400 arctic cat. The most common reason an atv is getting no spark is a bad spark plug either the wrong plug all together or just not gapped correctly.

This has been a on going problem with this quad for some time. Or the spark plug just went bad that happens quite often and it s normal. Basic chinese atv wiring to get spark. My son has a 2004 90 4 stroke ac atv and it just quite on him one day while riding.

Jul 28 2014 arctic cat 2007 500 4x4 automatic. I cleaned the carb the fuel was gren yellow as usual and the pilot was plugged. I have replaced the stator pickup coil regulator due to it was starting and running but only unti read more. I have a 2003 4x4 400 cat i do not have any fire to plug i have changed the kill swich coil stator plug wire plug boot and the cdi box when i run volt test i get 40 volts to the coil but when i hit the starter the voltage stays the same i hope.

Is there a way to test the cdi unit. You must hook up a kill switch if you plan to ride. I checked for spark and no spark so i took it to a friends that knows a lot more than me on this stuff. Not really check the amps comming out of the stator plate going to the cdi box.
