Spaside control panel buttons not working correctly. The usc hot tub heater is protected by a reliable pressure switch and two digital temperature sensors. Spa does not heat. The usc spa pack is equipped with a 5500w 5 5kw 4000w 4kw or 3000w 3kw spa heater.

Check that topside control number works with spa control chip version. If the control panel simply seems not to be working you can check the connections to it and also see if any water has got in it which could be the problem. If the hot tub does not reset shut off power to the spa and call your supplier for a service.

Temperature probe is disconnected from the base board and so the hot tub has no feedback to control the temperature. It could also be a bad circuit board but hopefully not. Check for moisture under glass or on contacts. If you still have no indicator lights on your control panel look underneath for lights on the spa pack.

Check to see if the heat indicator is on or there are any error messages on the topside control panel. At arctic spas we believe a good foundation is required to build a superior product both in design and philosophy. Inspect circuit board for damage and correct power output. For a control panel that is unresponsive with no leds or temperature reading check the wiring harness from the spa pack to the circuit board for a loose connection or damaged wire.

Examine the panel to see if any moisture is present inside the display. If part of the control panel is dead or the whole panel is frozen you will want to see if the problem is the circuit board or the control panel. If only part of the control panel is not working check for any blinking lights or error messages. Clean plug in cable connections at both ends.

Resetting a hot tub control panel. If the heat indicator is on and no error message appears contact your factory authorized dealer. See if the panel or any buttons are cracked or if it could have possibly gotten wet. Is your arctic spas hot tub not working.
